CHRISTIN BREUIL
VISUAL ARTIST, ART MEDIATOR, CURATOR
The French artist draws inspiration from the memories of her picturesque homeland Île-de-France, as well as from literature and poetry. In colorful, playful compositions, she captures the softness and infinity of nature. Transparency and depth merge into a unique aesthetic that transports the viewer into a world full of fantasy and poetry.
She studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Arts et Métiers in Paris and worked as an illustrator for magazines during her studies. Later, she had a successful career as a graphic designer in Vienna before fully dedicating herself to fine art.
She has lived for many years in Rotenturm in southern Burgenland, where in addition to her artistic practice, she offers art education for adults and children and curates the gallery at the House of Folk Culture. Her works have been exhibited in numerous national and international exhibitions
and are part of the Burgenland Landesgalerie COLLECTION.
